Watch First Song “Hans Mat Pagli” From Akshay Kumar Starrer ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’

The first song of Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar’s upcoming film ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, titled Hans Mat Pagli, was released by the makers of the film today. The track is extremely soft and lyrical and will want you to play on a loop.

Hans Mat Pagli is the first video song from this movie. Akshay and Bhumi look absolutely cute in this not-so-cheesy number. This song shows Akshay who plays the character Keshav how he falls in love with Jaya.

The melodious song has been crooned by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal. The lyrics of Hans Mat Pagli have been penned by Siddarth and Garima. The music of the song has been composed by Vickey Prasad.

The 2-minute song has Akshay Kumar following Bhumi around like a stalker. He hangs from a tree to take a pic, waits for her outside her house, follows her around till she gets home.

The trailer of the film which released around the last week kept the audience attached till the end with its amazing story line! The film revolves around a small town where a newly wed couple as in Akshay and Bhumi Pednekar – and how the lack of a proper toilet at home brings in a divide between them. It’s the ordinary man’s extraordinary journey in bringing awareness and solution to his town about the proper use and need of sanitation that the film revolves around.

After watching the trailer, Censor Board of Film Certification chief Pahlaj Nihalani tweeted that the film ‘should be made tax free.’

Akshay Kumar has co-produced “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha” with Neeraj Pandey. The film also stars Anupam Kher and Sana Khan in key roles.

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’, is a satirical film inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’. The film is scheduled to release on August 11.
