TV Hottie Kamya Punjabi Posted A Touchy Message For Her Late Friend Pratyusha Banerjee On Her 26th Birthday!

Television actress Pratyusha Banerjee who is best known as Anandi from ‘Balika Vadhu’ committed suicide in April last year. The death of the Balika Vadhu star took the telly world in grief, and left her parents and friends in shock.

The former Bigg Boss contestant, who is popular for portraying negative characters, was a close friend of Pratyusha. And while remembering her younger sister-like friend on the eve of her 26th birthday, Kamya posted the following on Instagram:

Kamya wrote, “Tu kehti thi na jab nahi rahungi toh zyada yaad karoge. Kuchh log hokar bhi woh ehsaas nahi dila paate jo tera na hokar bhi mere sath hai. Pata nahi kya rishta tha aur hai ki abhi bhi apni maangi hui dua mein teri salaamati maangti hu……HAppy birthday my chhotu”

तू कहती थी ना जब नहीं रहूँगी तो ज़्यादा याद करोगे। कुछ लोग होकर भी वो अहसास नहीं दिला पाते जो तेरा यहाँ ना होकर भी मेरे साथ है। पता नहीं क्या रिश्ता था और है की अभी भी अपनी माँगी हुई दुआ में तेरी सलामती माँगती हूँ…….. Happy birthday my chhotu ❤️

Pratyusha had become a household name with her much famed character Anandi and won many hearts with her mesmerizing looks and innocence. Pratyusha had quit the show after a couple of years to participate in a controversial reality show – Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss. Fans discovered a different side of their favourite star on the show. The actress was also a part of many TV shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Sasural Simar Ka and Gulmohur Grand.

For the uninitiated, she committed deadly suicide by hanging herself on April 1 last year.
