Here is a good news for all the fans of ‘Meri Aashiqui Ab Tumse Hi’ couple Gautam Gupta and Smriti Khanna as the duo who fell in love with each other on the sets of the TV show got officially engaged.

Their engagement ceremony was a close private affair and only their families were present at the moment. Smriti herself posted this happy news with all her fans on Instagram.

While Smriti looked charismatic in an orange suit, Gautam looked handsome in a white kurta.

Smriti and Gautam met on the sets of ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi’. The show ended in 2016 and the two have been in relationship since then.

The couple has been to Goa to enjoy and celebrate Gautam’s birthday recently. Smriti had in fact confirmed the news of her engagement to an online portal. She was quoted saying, “We are here in Goa to celebrate Gautam’s birthday (which was yesterday, 13 April), and he just swept me off my feet with this lovely surprise. We started dating after Meri Aashiqui got over and I think it’s magical how we connected and found love. Our families are really excited and it is an amazing feeling.”
