After completing his graduation, 22-year-old Jibraan trained himself in martial arts, kathak, and horse riding to make himself fit for a Bollywood debut in some aspects.

He excelled in all major forms of dance and became an instructor. At present he has his own dance academy where he gives dancing lessons to many young kids and teenagers.
He has started acted in a couple of movies as a child artist. It all started with the Karan Johar Film called ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ in 2001, while he got another the same year called ‘Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta’ followed by another called Rishtey in 2002.
