8. ABHISHEK BACHCHAN & AISHWARYA RAI BACHCHAN

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is the son of veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. He got married to ex-Miss World and famous actress of Hindi cinema Aishwarya Rai, also known as one of the most beautiful women on earth on April 20, 2007. The wedding ceremonies happened in Mumbai and grabbed the eyeballs of the entire world. Their marriage procession started from Jalsa, a residence of the Bachchans, to Prateeksha, their other house. The wedding was the talk of the entire nation and distinguished personalities graced the occasion. Right after their marriage Aishwarya and Abhishek got an invitation to the ‘Oprah Winfrey Show’. They were said to be more famous than Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as a couple.

Now, the question is how they fell in love? Who proposed the marriage first? Aishwarya and Abhishek first met while shooting for the film ‘Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke’ in the year 2000.
