“Toilet – Ek Prem Katha” Became “The Fourth Highest First Weekend Collection” Of The Year!

Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar’s ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha‘ has baggeda good number of 50 crore nett apprx on its first weekend. The collection sort of surprised us over the weekend after having an average opening day. The film saw a growth of 45% on Saturday and it stabilized on Sunday.

The film did well all over on Sunday, even in areas like Mysore and West Bengal, where it collected over 1 crore nett. So the first Sunday collection for the movie is 21.25 crore nett apprx, which makes the total come up to 50 crore nett.

After an amazing Ist weekend collection, we now have to see what Monday holds in store for the movie’s business. This collection also makes ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ the fourth highest weekend collector of the year. This Akshay Kumar movie has also done better than his last release which was ‘Jolly LLB 2’. So if the movie makes a decent Monday collection, it is sure to be a major blockbuster film.
